BILLED FOR BIS ON A SONY ERICSSON PHONE

In June 2013 my daughter upgraded her contract from a Black Berry to a Sony Ericsson yet she is still being charged R59 per month for BIS. Her contract has been suspended for non-payment of this BIS which she is unable to use on her Sony Erricsson phone.
