I have recently experienced what others would call misfortune or just bad luck, I upgraded my contract with vodacom and got a Sony Experia Z (water resistance) which fell into water and got "liquid" damaged. i took it back to Vodacom who advise they cant fix it, SONY refused to take it back as well. Am now stuck with a R399 a month contract for a phone that doesnt even work or cant be fixed... a long story short.. in the 2 months that i have been battling with Vodacom and Sony, i would like to compliment one special lady on her exemplary service Lorraine WIlliams. she has been an Angel, she did her best to get my phone fixed. she always had that friendly smile whenever i went to her for an update, even though she could only do so much from her side but she never gave up. she even offered to take my phone to her house and put it on rise just so she can safe guard it. Lorraine is truly an asset to Vodacom, her knowledge and expertise should not go unnoticed. even though my phone is a write off now, because of her friendliness i don't care anymore and i would go back to vodacom anytime to take another phone just as long as i get it from her.
