In the first place, to get through to the head office is a mission. I am waiting for 5 weeks for my new contract phone. I have phoned in almost every day, each time is the same old story. Managers is always in a meeting. They cannot give me a tracking number. Now (today) they tell me there is a problem with the system, my phone was send back to the warehouse. It is the most pathetic company that I have spoken to. Nobody is able to help. I am just going to cancel everything, that is if somebody answers the phone!
