Where do I start with 3months of continuous issues? 3years of no problems and on time payment on a premium business package! Its clear from fellow customers on hellopeter you don't give a flying...!

Way to go Mweb - killing a young mans (29yrs old) small business one step at a time! Economy down tubes!

1. Intermittent internet for over a month from Sep
2. No internet aka DEAD in Oct
3. Incredible noise on line
4. Upgrade recommended by greedy salesperson. Ignores business requirements &existing packge. Destroys business activity for 3weeks.
5. Reverses package upgrade. Knows settings must change back - don't do anything for another week.

Mweb - I have posted your generic response below saving you energy and time (something you don't value of mine). Instead of speaking to my 50th consultant, I want Carolyn Holgate to email or call me personally! Otherwise get your legal team ready! We should take the customer protection act for a spin :-)!
