Efusal to repair parts of my phone

My cellphone is still under warantee and vodacom is refusing to repair it after giving me a refurbished phone a few months back, the phone was previosuly repaired and sent back as a refurbished phone now its not reading simcard and they want R1881 saying warrantee doe not cover sim reader? who tells a customer that when they purchase a phone? and who now i must pay that amount for a refurbished phone in the first place we been penalized for what is know as a second hand phone just that they get repaired by vodacom, this is pathetic service from vodacom didnt expect this from them, i will not let this slide that is a contract phone that im paying for, onth to month and now i must pay the retail price for a refurbished phone (cash) is unacceptable, i have the name sibu xcele whom says Tara refuses to give me her employee number and surname, say alot
