Good Afternoon
I am very upset and unhappy with the Service from Cell C. My wife's phone was booked in for repairs on 10 April and dispatch via Courier Company on 11 April. We were informed that repairs will take upto 21 days. To date, I haven't even received a reference nr from Cell C stating that they have received my wifes phone. When you contact the Service Centre, you hold the line for more than 30 mins at a time. When they finally answer and request to be put through to the Repair Centre, the call either gets cut or the Repair Centre line just rings and rings... For more than 45 mins at a time and without getting trough to them. This is ridiculous and frustrating. When my phone was booked in for repairs in January, I received updates via sms from Cell C and then later had to resort to Hello Peter to get feed back as I also couldn't get through to the Repair Centre or Customer Care. I am very unhappy with the poor service. Can you please update me with regards to my wifes phone repairs as its now more than the innitial 21 days.
