And again a mess up with my account!!!

Once again a double payment went off on the fifteenth and not on the last day of the month as it should. now receiving a sms that the same amount will be going off again come this Saturday!!! do these people even know how to do their jobs? are they even competent at all? this is my third hello peter report for the same reason, with countless phone calls to the customer care line, with no satisfactory results at all. is this the way all your clients are treated or just a select few? i cannot believe that one company can mess up so much. hopefully this time i'll get some sort of response that actually means something!!!
