ONCE AGAIN MONEY TAKEN UNLAWFULLY!!!

AT THE END OF JULY 8TA NEVER TOOK THE PAYMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AS THEY SHOULD SEEING AS I HAVE SIGNED A DEBIT ORDER FOR THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. NOW ON THE FIFTEENTH OF THE MONTH THEY TOOK OF PAYMENT FOR TWO MONTHS SAYING AS I AM BEHIND ON MY PAYMENTS! THIS IS THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH AND DEFINATELY NOT THE DATE THAT I HAD SIGNED FOR! NOW ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT SEVEN TO TEN WORKING DAYS FOR THE TURN AROUND TIME TO HAVE THIS SORTED OUT! THERE IS NEVER A MANAGER OR PERSON IN CHARGE TO SPEAK TO AS HE/SHE IS ALWAYS BUSY ON THE LINE AND NO ONE EVER PHONES BACK. WHY SHOULD I AS THE CLIENT ALWAYS PHONE THEM TO SORT OUT THEIR MISTAKES? I AM NOW SICK AND TIRED OF 8 TA AS THIS IS NOW THE 2ND TIME THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME IN TWO MONTHS. I DO NOT WANT THIS CONTRACT ANY MORE SEEING AS I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY SERVICE WAHTSOEVER FROM 8TA. THIS IS BY FAR THE POOREST SERVICE I HAVE EVER NOT RECEIVED. I DEMAND ANSWERS. AND I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK BY MONDAY 19/08/2013!!!
