THEY DEMANDING PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT THAT I DNT KNOW

Well i dont have any 8ta account but lately i have been receiving calls and sms for payment and i have never opened any 8ta account such things they mess up my name cos i have receiving demands of payment, how can such a thing happen worse i dont even like 8ta.i have a ref that they send with messages i get
