Very Very Bad service

Since the lightning hit the Telkom line they cant fix it properly. I booked more than 6 complaints and they say it is fixed but still we experiencing very bad Internet speed. Before it was 100%.On the pole where all the wires comes together it is exposed to rain so when it does rain we have no Internet or land line. The last complaint was only delt with after 5 days and the problem then was a lose wire but according to the call centre it was due to overload on the Telkom lines. If there was any other service provider i would sign up with them today!!!
