HAVING TELKOM POLE IN MY OWN PREMISES!!!

I bought a piece of land in Eshowe, and I found that Telkom having a pole in my premises running wires & cables across. I have have been asking them for 20 days to remove it our of my land but nothing done yet. I have also logged a complaint through the care line 2 days ago and no REFERENCE received!!!
