Land line (012-5462430) out of order -Oct. 2012

During October 2012 I reported my land line which was faulty. They fixed it and after a week it was out of order again. This is going on and on ever since then and after the last time they fixed the fault, it was working for 2 days. That was the beginning of January 2013 and since then I have no service again. I am a pre-paid costumer and my rental is paid in advance till May/June 2013. Because of the bad service, I tried to transfer my line to Neotel. They informed me that their license that Telkom gave them, is only for businesses.
After this struggle I have found out that the problem is apparently a broken pole to which my line is connected to and that is lying on a roof in a open box. Although a new pole is planted, Telkom is reluctant to transfer my line to the new pole. I think they are just reluctant to do their job. I would like to know how they are going to compensate me for the inconvenience. Over the weekend I heard about you. So I hope you can help me please! Thank you very much. I would really appreciate it if you can get Telkom to do their job properly this time.
