BAD SERVICE ALL ROUND..!

We have a wire-wire land line & a ADSL line (data we source from another company)
TELKOM acc is on a debit order of R400 a month for ADSL line... wire-wire is an annual fee of - R130.00
Cables got end of November 2012... after several & numerous calls to their call centre & visits to their outlets in different malls & many promises from them, not a single call or reply from TELKOM... not one... but they still made the deductions..!
TELKOM suspended the wire-wire line and we had to give them permission to do the same with the ADSL line... reasons being they are not going to replace the cables, cause it is a high risk area, although cables were never ever in this area for the more than twenty years that I know off..so how on earth can this be a high risk area... yet I can hear land lines ringing of neighbours around us..!
Is it because we have a wire-wire line... with a annual fee of R130.00...& maybe because we get our bandwidth from another company..?
