About VIRGIN MOBILE!!!
I have had a contract with the company for 6 years now and the service for the last 3 years has degenerated to such a level that it has now become a joke.
I recently have been after on a monthly basis communicating with the brand for a year now to get the bill sorted ben hit with irregular billing.
Excessive adjustments were allocated to the account and not explained thus after 4 months laps.
when I saw this on the bill I queried and spoke to a Champ in the call center which then assure me that this was incorrect and I should not worry with this it will be removed!
I have confirmation of this as I recorded the phone call.
low and behold I not only have been phoned to make arrangements but I have now been allocated 2 additional payments "THAT THEY HAVE MISSED!!! "
I have been on the phone to rectify the issue more than 90minuts in consecutive sessions with no help.
I have been in the store to rectify with no help and all I get is we will sort it out.
I am tired of this as every year its a another story from not being able to provide a proper phone to incorrect billing and this is the last straw.
