As per my previous complaint, I upgraded my phone on 5th November, handed it back into the store on 10th November. The store was given a credit for the handset but now they do not have stock!!! They will not let me get a handset from another store and seemingly I cannot get anybody to cancel the contract. The cancellations department have spoken to the store personally while I was on the other line and they promised to cancel. Everytime you phone you speak to some other because the from the day before isn't in. I have absolutely had it - the service has been disgusting to say the least, nobody knows who is in charge, and the person that is supposedly in charge doesn't have a clue how to deal with a disgruntled customer. I am in the interim paying an increase subscription and insurance on something I STILL DO NOT HAVE!!! I have had enough - PLEASE can somebody get it sorted out!!!
