Vodacom

Good day,

Many a time i walked into the Vodacom Store in our town to await service. There seem to be an overflow of customers every single time.

Last weekend i tried to find out a price regarding a certain item and waited and waited and waited. No one could take the time to listen to my query and supply me with a price (this would only take a few seconds) Twice that same weekend i walked out without being helped. No eye contact NOTHING.

In this day and age the store should be able to aid with helping with prices without having to wait in que for assitance when the que litteraly is for long contract deals.

Do something please
