Rite Price polcy

This is the second time this has happened where the supervisor refuses to honour the right price guarantee. The first was on an item of clothing and they said clothing is exempt the second was a grocery item with a promotional price tag which they said that promotional prices don't apply to right price guarantee. The policy on the board says "Any item" purchased at the store it does not exclude promotional or clothing items. I then waited from 17:50 to 18:30 for a manager to speak to me but non came, i left my contact details so that the manager can contact me but no one called. This level of using the policy when it suits the store dishonest and the service levels of management and supervisors are shocking to say the least
