Wow, Good service does exist in this country

I went to Mr Price on the weekend at Northgate, not expecting the service i received. I was helping my husband find something and we met Andile (the male Andile, there is also a female Andile there, but we were helped by the male) he was immediately friendly and smiling and so helpful i was actually taken aback. He helped us find what we needed and then also offered items that would go with the items we had chosen. The service was literally unbelievable. I tried to inform the manager but of course there was no manager on duty apparently..on a Friday. Andile should be promoted and should actually be the manager so he can train and up skill the rest of your staff there about what real customer service is. Every store Mr price and other should have an Andile he is the reason i would go back to Mr price and i would only use the northgate store. Hopefully sometime soon i get to see him as a manager, because wow. Mr price should do what they can to hold onto talented and valuable staff like Andile. He is just awesome. the best customer service i have experienced in a VERY long time.
