Bad service

I always have a bad experience in this store and items on promotion never scan at the correct price. I complained a few weeks ago about the same thing and received an apologetic call from the manager. However I had the same experience last week and the manager who was in the store at the time, did not even offer to rectify the situation but instead used the price changes as an excuse. U had bakers gossip biscuits advertised in store as 10% off yet at the till it scanned at the original price. I waited 10 minutes for one of the ladies to go verify the price, she went with the biscuits never to be seen again, I had to eventually request the cashier to subtract the item. When i approached the manager he said they can't help it because the prices keep changing, so don't have promotions if you can't honour the advertised prices. I mean really! I only shopped here due to convenience and I'm so glad that Checkers is opening close by soon so i wont need to visit this useless store again.
