Account Cancellation

After battling through numerous call attempts, i was finally instructed to fax cancellation letter to remove my son's phone from my account IO571287 from 2 January 2014. His number is 0825727461. He received sms messages that he will be moved to prepaid from 28 Feb 2014. After numerous attempts to get through by phone yet again i spoke to Kathy who said i must hold on she will talk to cancellations. Call was then stopped automatically and i was asked to rate services. I am really fed up trying to get through to vodacom and to try and get applicable service. Usually i get impression that the people i eventually get through do not know what they are doing. My cell number is 0828800713. Every time i phoned 082111
