Cannot install ADSL line and did'nt cancel service

On 1 November 2013 I spoke to Nokubonga about a new ADSL line order as lines were finally installed in our area. AT the same time she spoke to me and my husband whom is the account holder, we asked her to cancel the infinitcall and silverine call answer options on the existing account. Same telephone conversation,
I called to ask an update on the ADSL order and was told they must fix other infrastructure in the area and this will only be done in the new financial year. When I asked when the financial year ends Jeff said it will only be after APRIL 2014.
The first time we applied for ADSL was in 2011, and this order had to be cancelled before I could place the new order for a faster line. It took a week to cancel the old order.
When I got my account, it shows Infinitcall and silverline call answer still on the account date 4 November to 3 December - I spoke to telkom on 1November.
Jeff can see infinit call is cancelled but is still shows on my account and silverline was not cancelled and he has to cancel my ADSL order before he can cancel the silverline option. As I did not speak to him he cannot put me through to the lady I did speak to and when he transferred to accounts line cut
