Pathetic Service, attitude and utter ignorance!

My sony Xperia go had gone in for repairs . during the 2 months that it has gone in for repairs, I have had endless problems with the MTN staff at liberty mall and as well as the Technicians at the repair centre, to top it up the phone still got delivered unrepaired! There is a a lack of communication between the repair centre and the franchise also they have utter disrespect for customers at the branch. From the arrogant staff members who decided to play 'sting each other with rubber bands' whilst me sitting with them, to the rude arrogant store manager KHAYA who tells me to take my stuff and go sort it out myself... these are just few of the problems I had with the staff at the store.nobody can give me details about my phone and nobody can give me answers about the repair! it seems as though the staff there are dumbfounded. Could somebody please contact me about this issue with answers coz for a national company, this is disgraceful. I will expalin in detail when somebody contacts me.
