PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I NEED ANSWERS!!!

From day one I have had problems with my new contract. I got the S4 and 2 S3 mini's my phone onl7y stated working 2 weeks after a got it. My bundles haven't been added as yet and I have the phones for more then a month now. To top it off now my account is suspended... For what?

Give me a ing call because your call centre is useless!!!
