WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I recently posted a complaint on Hellopeter about a problem which was temporarily fixed and this month they are deducting money from my account for a mistake they made!!!

I signed a contract which stated that I will only pay for the extra data bundle until end of October and now these incapable personel CAN NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!!!

I work extremely long hours in the hospital and CAN NOT do their work for them aswell!!! NOT as if it is that difficult!
Tygervally autopage is the last place i will ever go to for any service in connection with cellphone contracts again!!

I have updated last week to a new S4 mini MTN 200 anytime contract-
1: walking in there one of the female staff is on the phone explaining to someone " jy het geen idee watse die klient van ons is nie! HY..." who on earth talks like that about a client???
2: a BIG "misunderstanding" about the imigration date on my new contract after i explicitly asked exactely when the new airtime and data bundles will become available! Thats just lying to get someone to sign a contract!!!
3: first phone call to ask more about why my phone is not working and its been more the 30 hours---- male answers the phone an
