Unusable Contract during office hours

Basically I logged a call over 2 months ago, received 0 feedback unless I call, called yesterday and was told my Network issue will be resolved in the future but unable to give me a date. Been on hold for 13 minutes now for cancellation, no answer. I spend most of my day at work, suffer drop calls, no 3g, sometimes no signal. contract is unuseable. I would like for MTN to cancel my contract and switch me to prepaid so that I may utilise a better Service provider. Please note I WILL NOT pay any cancellation fees as I am being forced into cancellation as a result of the service being unusable. Please can this be addressed with URGENCY.
