Still no user name and password

A few days ago I logged a hellopeter complaint and said I'm being billed by Telkom for services I am not receiving. I've spoken to another 8 people, still don't have a user name and password and now my services is suspended due to non payment. Why must I pay for services if I cant get any answers from Telkom. Telkom go ahead suspend, my service, bill me for services I'm not receiving, list me with ITC, I will pay you guys R5 a month you guys beyond all compare, When were awarded jobs, they all started at Telkom
