Pathetic Service

MTN contact centre 0831808 is down!!! Tried calling head office on 01191230000, they say they also cannot get through to them, but no one there can help me so I must call back. Tried calling the call centre again and i finally get through and as i am selecting the prompts the call cuts. How more ridiculous can it get!! Sent an e mail last week as well no reply. Sent a facebook msg too and am yet to recieve a reply. I have just had enough all I want to do is cancel my contract! Can someone please contact me! I have had endless issues from the time i have taken my contract out. My contract is done yet they still charge me the same price even though my device is paid off. Cancel my contract please!!! Its daylight, because I cannot get hold of MTN through any means of communication I am forced to contend with their pathetic service!
