Forced to pay for non existent service

I am tired of being forced to pay for non existent service. Continuous no signal issue in major errors and all the technicians can say is that there are plans to upgrade towers in the area. But up until then I must carry on paying premium prices for service.
Phone to change an email address and person in call centre says it's done. Still don't receive communication. Phone back and what do you know they still have the old email address on the system.
Phone to activate itemised billing. Gets activated don't receive anything and what do you know still the old email address. Get charged for this itemised billing but don't receive it. Go in to a vodacare shop to try get assistance and what do you know, they tell me itemised billing is not available on top up contracts.. So I ask you this- How the k do you activate and charge for something that isn't even available on the contract?.
Then when I want to cancel due to the fact YOU ARE NOT DELIVERING on your service end of the contract, have the cheek to want to charge me 75% of the contract value to cancel.. Daylight!!! I look forward to your very pathetic response.
