My nightmare began 2 weeks ago when I had a and my Neotel internet device was. After I reported it I was send to 3!!! shops to buy a new prepaid device and it will get added to the contract. I was in all 3 shops not one had stock. After I complained on the hotline I was able to order the device online which only took them another 5 days to get delivered which was last week Thursday. The whole weekend from Friday to Sunday I had problems to connect to the internet and spend most of my time with the technical hotline. Now I still cant logon via VPN to my work emails and waiting on the line for the last 20 min.
When I received the new device I made VERY clear that I dont want a new contract and Rabotile confirmed that it was added to my existing contract. The support agent over the weekend told me I have a new contract. I have NEVER signed something and AGREED on anything. This is the worst service I ever had in my life - on contract and usability side. After sending emails and calling customer service for several times I still have the same problem and not even get an answer. I regret the day when I signed a Neotel contract!
