No resolve, no feedback - no delivery & no service

I have ordered a Neotel WiFi Dongle THREE weeks ago and was promised delivery within 2 days. After three weeks, phone calls daily, speaking to at least 15 different people - numerous Log numbers and empty promises, still nothing. I have had 3 "courtesy" phonecalls from both Skynet and Neotel already - wanting to know if I am happy with the device - (and I don't even have it yet!) The account has been activated two days after the device was ordered - yet NO DELIVERY!

Skynet blames Neotel and Neotel blames Skynet. Seriously? I did not enter into a contract with Skynet - so I don't care what they have to say. It is up to Neotel as my "service provider" (see the irony in that?) to at least have the courtesy of keeping me updated - and not pass the buck.

This is unacceptable service, and I would not recommend any potential customer to even bother... it's just not worth the effort.
