Cell C is rediculously useless and amateurish

Cell C is the worst co. ever! I phoned Cell C ahead of my US trip for roaming and reminding cust. service that I'm a high income earner and do not want an acc limit. Also, its my secondary phone and i only want access to my emails and facebook acc. Yet, halfway into my trip, my roaming gets cut without notice. When i emailed to determine problem, I got told that my account got to R1770 and some stupid person decided to cut it because it's now too high. Also, im required to pay a 50% deposit! This despite the fact that ive never had an overdue acc and have not been informed ahead either. They so stupid, they dont even provide the account number to pay dep. in! After returning to SA a few days later, i found my acc has been locked out completely and since i'd be required to pay a once-off amount, my bank will send an OTP to the very same number locked out, so i cant make the payment! Then after moaning, Cell C says they'll open the acc for a few hours until i pay deposit, but if i dont pay, they'll locked me out again. I have never been behind with any payments, why would you be treating a customer like this? Our arrangement is to deduct on 1st of month so why sudden change?
