It started when my internet device was in Nov 2013. I've a landline/internet package for 299R/mth. When I called Neotel I was told to buy a new device call in to link it to my existing account. I ordered the device, paid for it since then I'm experiencing :
I made it clear that I dont want to extend my contract. All I want is that the internet stick I bought is linked to my account.
Then I had technical problems: I could not connect to internet, device not working, device broken... I called the tech support up to 3 times a day.
After all this I decided to cancel my contract which ends in June 2014. This date is also confirmed by Neotel. I send my cancellation to Neotel and received a call on Friday by Sindisiwe Ref SREQ118009101 to tell me that I just upgraded my contract in Nov 2013 and got a new package. I explained that I havent upgraded my contract the only thing I did was to buy a new device as the old one was. She told me she can see in the system that I have received a new landline phone in Nov. Oh really - because I HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING AS I HAVENT UPGRADED OR EXTENDED MY CONTRACT which I have on email. I'm shocked about the service! Waiting for feedback
