I have been with MTN for over a decade now and have been extremely happy with the service until I upgraded on the 19th April 2013. My journey since then has been nothing but a HORROR.
I contacted the clients query division today on (011 912 3000), Carlton assisted me and made a gruesome discovery that my monthly RAND VALUE AIRTIME was not been loaded for November 2013 and am not certain for how long this has been going on. My October account was sitting at R1289, there is a huge possibility that MTN has been doing me under for October and November 2013.
I am entitled to get 200 sms, 30min airtime mtn-mtn, R200 airtime and 200mb of data monthly. My mtn to mtnairtimenever reducesevenwhenIcallmtnnumbers. MTNhasdefraudedme. THERE IS STILL NO RESPONSE FROM MTN REGARDING THE ABOVE MAIL.
