I took ownership of a device from Neotel for internet service. When installing the device at my residence it did not work as there was no signal. I took the device back 5 days later and requested they cancel my contract due to it not working. They agreed and I signed a return of goods notice. To my dismay it is now month 4 of continuous hassels to have Neotel remove me from their systems. I have been debited every month, with increases from the prior month, and having to cantact my bank to do a reversal. I have called in every month to discuss removing my datails and they tell me that it will be done and nothing happens. I have now received a notice that I have been handed over to their attorneys for legal action and still when I call nobody can give me any clarity on why this is happening.
