Billed monthly for reversal on closed bank account

For the last three months I am billed for a DIRECT DEBIT REVERSAL - ADMIN FEE, and after numerous email communication with the client service department the matter is still not resolved.
I have communicated thoroughly per email to client service that the account Nashua mobile is trying to debit from is no longer in use, I will be paying per EFT.
Still I get billed for their admin fees.
