I had placed a complaint on Hallo Peter out of my frustration with Nashua Mobile accounts department. I was promised results by as below but as promised below nothing was done about this matter but to in addition to this my payments are not reflecting and now I get charged yet again a penalty fee and yet again it is because someone is not doing their work. How is this my problem? And then you recieve sms stating your line will be suspended and yet this is to because they have incompetent employees. My installment was increased without any prior notice. What must one do? Must one really go to the consumer council? I am really fed up this is an ongoing matter and I am sure their are a lot of consumers who experience the same problem with big companies and especially Nashua Mobile.
