Poor response and resolution of queries

I consider myself a very patient person but when it comes to being promised that your query will be resolved by close of business and that doesn't happen - I loose it

I phoned Monday 7/10/2013 in to query my invoice and items on my invoice to get clarity and understanding of the items i am being billed for - the shock when i am told that i have been for the past 20 odd month been charged for a blackberry subsidy - MEANWHILE I HAVE NEVER OWNED A BLACKBERRY IN MY LIFE. This is money that i have been giving away for a service i didn't need.

How does a large company like Nashua Mobile not know what device a client is being billed for???
Secondly i am being billed for insurance but no one in nashua mobile can see what device is insured and for what value AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY CANNOT SEND ME THE COPY OF THE INSURANCE TERMS AND CONTRACT.

I have been a client of nashua mobile since 2007 and i have never been so disgusted by such service.

I fear how other corporate accounts are being handled.
