AMAZED by the service at Eastgate

On Saturday, my brothers brand new Sony Z1's screen exploded (cracked), while being in his pocket.. After doing some research, we discovered that this was a common problem. We went into the Cell C store, we were greeted by friendly staff members, we explained the problem and the guy helping us said he would send the phone in and they would replace it... I walked into the shop expecting to fight, because i expected to hear how it was his fault that the screen broke, but we didnt... Well done to all the staff at Cell C Eastgate! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service in this country
