Only deal with then every 24mths & service is???

All I want to do is upgrade my Cell phone as the 24mth contract has elapsed. I received anything but professional service at the Gateway Branch where staff are clearly unprofessional and definitely lack training. My details on their system has disappeared I must deal with a corporate representative who sent me an email on the 19th and since then has also disappeared and still no closer to resolving my problem. I must be honest I only deal with Nashua every 24mths to upgrade and its the worst experience ever. I wonder when they one day wake up and find all their clients gone what will the say. Your service is dismal and reviewing how many complaints alone that where logged to day on this website I would seriously look in the mirror.
