Shocking

As someone that has hosted various websites I am shocked at the treatment received from your company.
I thought I will do my new site through you and am seriously thinking this was a mistake.
I cannot set up new e mails on my control panel.
1. Spoke to someone on Friday that saw the fault and said he will sort it out.
2. Sent screenshots of the problem on Saturday.
This is still not sorted out.

Now if you want to I can move this site to another hosting company.
Sort this out before I decide to move it.
