We are an international business. We requested an upgrade to move our domain to R99p/m hosting package where our technical team can access Cpanel et... Firstly, sales advised us that we can migrate, but that our current pricing still applies! What rubbish. So, it still costs us double what it would if we were a new customer. Well done Mweb - that's how you treat existing customers.

We then approved the upgrade, which has been a nightmare. (Move from Microsoft to Unix hosting). It was supposed to be done in an afternoon. No communication from the technician followed when the site went down over night. Finally, we were advised that the site 'is now up', but we were not provided with any info or login credentials to access cpanel or enkompass. The site wasn't even migrated. Why is it called migration if your site is down after the technical work is done? Note that we required a MIGRATION and therefore expect nothing to have changed to for our customers once the package change was doen. Sales is very quickly to answer the phone, but try to get in touch with someone when they are in progress with upgrading your website.. or worse once they've it up completely.!
