Our web site is not working for more than a week. The guys from MWEB admitted that they by mistake had cancelled the wrong database and promised that they would rectify it. This is what I have been told now day after day. The people I spoke to were always friendly and willing to help by escalating the report to the relevant team. Unfortunately, that is where the service stopped. I get promised that the problem will be handled as an urgent matter and someone will contact me. That never happened. We are not only loosing out on business, we also look very unprofessional by advertising a web site that is not working. So far MWEB appeared to me as a very professional company. I cannot understand that they employ people in the back-office in the web hosting department that do not care about customer relations. How difficult can it be to reverse the cancellation of some web hosting?
