No service - again

And so we are now at the end of day 5 with no service for November. Telkom needs competition to force them to provide the service they are being paid for. Rich of them to say a call is free if dailing from you telkom line WHEN YOU HAVE NO SERVICE!!! Is telkom going to pay my cell account for the hour I have spent on the line with them???
