Complete and Total Mismanagement of our Accounts

I have 7 different accounts with MTN with Monthly Accounts of R 3000.00 or more per month. The Manager of the Tzaneen Branch- Tzaneng Mall has managed to mismanage every single bit of business we have done with MTN. All our cancellations, upgrades and new accounts we have done through this branch were an absolute shambles.
- My childrens Tab upgrades were supposed to get cycling gear which was not available when I collected the instruments. I have been waiting for these ever since.
- We sent a letter of cancellation which we delivered in person and had signed. Four months later the qccount was not cancelled and I had to once again waste my time addressing this.
- MTN allowed a third party to charge my wccount using MTN without my authourisation and then left it to me to sort out. This is tantamount to, and apparently the source of much complaint.
- I signed for a 5 Gig 3 Gig free Contract, but MTN did not load the offer with the additional free data, and charged me after the first 5 Gig. This is once again blatant and misrepresentation.
- We picked MTN as our service provider, because of the coverage. This coverage appears to have dissapeared.
