In February this year, 2013, I applied to have a contract transferred to my name. Approximately two months later, we became aware that the account has not been moved to my name. We inquired this, and was informed that it is "in process". No further information, nor signatures were required and we were assured the transfer will be done soon. It is now November. I am sure the period of "soon" has expired and still the account has not been transferred. This is not the first incident whereby we received poor service from several of the employees in the Sasolburg store. I will no longer be supporting this particular store.
