Any one noticed that free sms's are charged?!

I have noticed 2 months ago that my so called free sms's are charged at R1.00 straight after the supposed free billing of R0.00. For the month of Mar/Apr it is a total of R 31.86 exl vat.

And please do not come to me with the story of you only get 25 fee a month, coz I purchase some every now and then via cash or loyalty points.

I did ask the question at some point to the accounts department somewhere in Feb, but no one has gotten back to me with an answer or any information. It's not cool to charge when it is free, or to avoid my simple question when asked. Why? Easy enough hey? Please see to it!
