Non existent customer and after service!!!

I had an upgrade on my contract in Feb 2013, took a Blackberry 9360. Started experiencing SOS problems with the phone, it would drop and pick up signal at random all the time. The phone became useless, couldn't receive or make calls or anything else required to use the phone. Booked it in with MTN (Waterfront branch) on 9 October 2013. Received NO calls from either the branch or the service center to let me know what the problem was, as is procedure when a phone is sent in for repair. There has been no contact from MTN's side. It has been 6 weeks (next week is 7 weeks) that MTN has had my phone and I have not been notified about it's progress from the time I took it in. I have made contact with MTN, no one was able to assist me and I (the customer) was told to call the service center and find out myself.

I eventually got hold of someone 5 weeks later who said that they were waiting on parts to repair the speaker and that was the only problem. Then I contacted MTN again this week and was told the phone was returned to the store and that MTN was not going to fix it as the board of the phone is broken. UNACCEPTABLE, the phone is only 9mnths old and under warranty. Will not support MTN
