So, we have had an issue with our internet for over a year now. My husband logged many, many complaints / tickets over the last year, with little to no luck.

So, after his complaint on HelloPeter, Mweb responded politely with a generic answer, saying that an agent called, and our issue is now sorted out - yes, the agent called, but clearly isn't sorted out! I am just so tired of paying an arm and leg for a service, which is sooo bad... They are in constant talks (apparently) with Telkom to sort out our line. During that time, our internet and phone line was down for about a week... At best, our connection is intermittent, and is worse than before.

We don't know what to do any more... So over it. I am close to convincing my husband to cancel our service. A year, and no improvement? That is not on!
