No help whatsoever from Helkom

I have been struggling for almost 5 months with a bad line I paid up to R4000 up until now.
I have phoned customer care, logged 4 calls from which 3 are "escalation" calls.

I have even received a reply on Hellopeter saying the will provide me with feedback. (see - https:///telkom/complaints/4-months-paid-and-still-no-service-1248598).

I am losing money from customers. I need a solution NOW. I tried cancelling my line today but not even that could be done due to people going home and not enough operators.

I will be lenient and Give telkom up until tomorrow morning 10am to resolve this matter. If they can fix it before 10 I will even retract my complaint I made to ICASA for sue.
