4 months of no adsl line quality

My ADSL service at home has degraded so badly we get no throughput whatsoever. I have logged various calls over the last 4 months and escalated many of them. all the technicians check the same points but the line remains an issue. i have bought 4 new modems because Telkom always blames my equipment but cant even get it working on their own equipment. It is clear the line is so bad that it should be replaced but telkom obviously don't want to spend that on a residential customer. I cant even get [URL Removed] to load never mind test the actual line speed.

Absolutely nothing is being done to resolve this, all the calls are closed and if I escalate nothing happens. its is clear my problem is being buried
